Even-position digits: 3, 0, 0, 9, and 4.

Add the two sums: 42+16=5842 + 16 = 5842+16=58
Determine the check digit: The next multiple of 10 after 58 is 60.
Check digit: 60−58=260 – 58 = 260−58=2
